A Hunter’s Haven

This home office that features an Italian writing desk, taxidermy animals, hide over rug and antiqued mirror map art is inside a 6-bed, 3-and-a-half bath, traditional-style, two-story home in the Beech Spring Farm subdivision of East Louisville.

When the homeowners of this Beech Spring Farm property weren’t guaranteed how to remodel a dark place of work space into a practical workstation, they turned to Pawlak for help.

“They experienced a lot of faux function carried out in the house, so they were being debating heading into a multi-layer fake end to sort of lighten this home,” she informed the Courier Journal. “They have been kind of stymied as to what to do to lighten it up. We (ultimately) made the decision, let us just paint it.”
