Greensboro law enforcement reported they received many calls about an armed person who ran inside the retailer. Rayvon Juriel Barrett was arrested a small time later.
GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro Lowe’s House Improvement is open up once again just after a person entered the store with a gun, forcing an evacuation.
Law enforcement responded to the East Cone Boulevard store Wednesday afternoon.
Law enforcement arrested the suspect, 23-yr-old Rayvon Juriel Barrett, shortly just after.
No one particular was harm. Barrett is dealing with numerous costs, such as going armed to the terror of men and women, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer, and carrying a hid weapon. Law enforcement mentioned they have been equipped to arrest Barrett just after obtaining phone calls from many individuals.
Jim Wallace mentioned the suspect ran by him in between the aisles.
“I considered any individual was in a hurry,” Wallace reported. “I assumed nothing at all of it right until I got to the stop of the aisle and noticed two police officers ended up chasing him. A single experienced a gun drawn already.”
Lowe’s employees assisted Wallace and other clients get out unharmed.
Law enforcement failed to say what variety of gun Barrett could have experienced, other than that it was a handgun.
Investigators claimed a man or woman identified as soon after looking at an armed man in the vicinity of Lowe’s on Utah Location. Law enforcement reported Barrett reportedly ran into the retailer.

Detectives reported Barrett surrendered.
