Inspiration
We drew inspiration for this virtual structure from its serene surroundings in Bedford, NY, seeking to the lakeside colors and textures to create our muted material palette. The artwork hung over the fire embodies how we needed this area to truly feel — relaxed, lived-in, and character-driven. Pulling from the colours of the art piece and the virtual home’s area, we curated the mixed wood tones, vintage accents, and pillow combos to reflect the homes’ surroundings.
The excellent room
Taking cues from the home’s peaceful location, we focused on bringing the sensation of the outside in when making this area.
